Our approach is to:

charge standard prices for each type of inspection

include up-front the additional charges you will incur if you do not meet all the requirements for a certificate within 14 days of our inspection

devote people to work with you at no additional cost prior to the inspection to give you the best opportunity to achieve full compliance on the inspection day (saving you further evidence processing fees)
-
deal fairly and openly and expected prompt payment in accordance with our terms.
We charge for the inspection and processing of your application for re/certification. We do not charge based upon the outcome. Our goal is to assist clients (as much as we are able to under WorkSafe’s rules) to achieve full certification.
